You'll begin your day with a full briefing on safety and important climbing methods, before contemplating your plight to the top. Next you'll have a chance to test your newfound skills with an hour and a half rock climbing session, with an expert instructor offering tips and encouragement throughout. After a break for lunch (not included) at the centres cafe, you'll take on the mighty ice wall, neve and a variety of challenging angles to give you true insight into this adventure sport. Climbing equipment, warm clothing and specialist ice-climbing boots will be provided.Guidelines: The Ice Factor is the National Ice Climbing Centre and at 800 square metres is the world's largest indoor ice-climbing wall, with an ice cave, ice pillar, neve wall and fall-out gully. There are no weight or height restrictions, but the minimum boot size is adult four.
