Your group of eight participants will don Chef’s whites and step into the kitchen to learn skills from the very best. This exclusive experience gives you the chance to cook in a world class kitchen with a team of expert chefs. Your team of eight participants will get to create a three-course meal with hands-on guidance from Head Chef Sean Burbidge, whilst learning a selection of skills and using the finest seasonal ingredients. Each class begins with refreshments and a briefing on the morning ahead from the Head Chef and brigade. A bespoke menu will be devised based on the day's market produce, with wines to complement each course. Under the watchful eye of the Chef and his team, you'll create a number of dishes in the kitchen, whilst learning valuable skills to use at home. After the class, you'll sit down to lunch at the Chef's Table overlooking the kitchen, to enjoy the fruits of your labour. Throughout the lunch there will be the opportunity to join the kitchen during service and assist the Chefs to make final preparations to their dishes.
