Upon arrival at the restaurant for your interactive Chef’s Table experience you will be greeted with a glass of Champagne and will be introduced to your very own sommelier and waiter who will be on hand throughout the meal.You will be led to the Chef’s Table in the heart of the kitchen, offering you the best seats in the house to view all the action of service. The senior chef in charge will guide you through your menu and the meal ahead. Click here for a sample menu.Throughout your dining experience you will be invited to don an apron and join the kitchen brigade to dress dishes from the menu. As well as assisting chefs you will also be given a full tour of the kitchen.
