The experience begins with a safety briefing and an introduction to rally driving techniques with a qualified instructor. Availability: Selected Saturdays and the occasional weekday. Weather: Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. ice or heavy rain) which would make driving at speed dangerous. You will be called if the experience is cancelled for any reason. Duration: Lasts for approximately 40 to 60 minutes, including briefings, demonstration and 10 minutes' driving time. Please arrive 45 minutes in advance of the booked time to ensure a prompt start. Numbers On Day: There will be up to 18 people taking part, split into three groups for the driving activities. Spectators: Spectators are welcome to come along. Children must be closely supervised at all times. Prestwold Hall boasts an American style diner with food, refreshments and a view of some of the action. Dogs are not allowed at the circuit. Dress Code: Wear trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and flat-soled shoes. Any special equipment will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring along helmet if they have one (it will be tested by the instructor). Guidelines: Prestwold Hall is east of Loughborough and accessible from the A6 (take the B675) and the M1 motorway (exit at junction 23, take the A512 to Loughborough, the A60 towards Nottingham and then the B676 and B675). Restrictions: Minimum height is 5'0'', maximum 6'3''. Maximum weight is 18 stone. A full British or international manual driving licence (bring both parts) must be produced on the day to guarantee participation.
