On your first visit get a guided tour of all facilities and a five point health check: resting heart rate, sit and reach (flexibility), blood pressure, body fat and peak flow (lung capacity/performance) will all be professionally assessed. You can join in group exercise classes at the club, with programmes to suit all levels and motivations. Full access to fitness expertise is always available, and the group exercise timetable offers something for everybody. Free drink refreshments and toiletries are also at your disposal and you'll both receive a Get Fit Kit (worth £60) including a rucksack, workout towel, sunbed and beauty vouchers and two one-day guest passes. Membership starts from your booked date and runs for the following two weeks.
