Learn how to cook fabulous Italian food at La Cucina Caldesi in central London. You can choose from a range of classes, including 30-minute Italian recipes, traditional Tuscan cookery or fresh pasta-making. After meeting your fellow students over coffee and biscotti, your instructor will introduce the menu. Then it's time to cook! The ingredients for each recipe will be laid out ready to use, and the flexible format of the class provides plenty of opportunity to get involved. Finally, you can relax and enjoy the delicious meal you have created, accompanied by a glass of Italian wine, in the company of your teacher and fellow students. Buon appetito!
