An instructor will provide a full run down on each of the cars, the track and the best way to get the most out of each drive. Sit in the passenger seat with a qualified instructor for two practise laps before stepping into each car for four laps of the track. The Aston Martin exudes British class (drive either a V12 DB9 or a V8 Vantage), the Lamborghini Gallardo does 0 - 60 mph in just over four seconds with a top speed of 192mph. Kick off with a briefing before your instructor drives you on some training laps in a hot hatch to learn racing lines and circuit driving techniques. What you do next depends on the venue - at Donington Park or Three Sisters circuit, drive seven miles in a Ferrari 360, followed by three miles in a hot hatch and ten miles in a single-seater racing car (23 miles). At Prestwold Hall, drive four laps each in a Ferrari 550 and F360 Spider (16.2 miles). At Croft drive three laps in a Porsche Cayman, four laps in a Ferrari 355 plus five laps in a single-seater (28.8 miles). At Rockingham drive an F360 for six miles on track and a single-seater for another 20 minutes. At some venues, finish with a high-speed passenger ride.

Drive four of the most thrilling supercars in the world - either the Aston Martin V8 Vantage or DB9, the Lamborghini Gallardo, the Ferrari 360 and the Porsche 996 version of the 911 - and try your hand at rally driving. Following an introduction and briefing on circuit driving techniques, settle in with some demo laps of the 1.8 mile circuit. Then it's time for you to drive four to five exhilarating laps in each supercar. After a buffet lunch, put your driving skills to the test and try to master slide control in a Group N rally car on a specialised handling course. Return to the circuit for a further four to five laps in each supercar, before finishing with a high-speed passenger ride. Also included are a driving assessment and a certificate.

After a briefing on safety and driving techniques, you'll drive for four practice laps and two racing heats of eight laps each. Based on the points scored in the heats, each driver will be streamed into a championship final for up to ten electrifying laps against drivers of a similar ability. The winners of the four finals line up for eight laps in the Showdown Shootout race to find the ultimate champion. Conclude with a trophy presentation for the best drivers of the day. The adrenaline is pumped up throughout with commentary over the PA system, race marshals, fans and a great atmosphere.

After two familiarisation laps from your very own Speed Masters, enjoy driving four practise laps so you can get used to the track. Then you are ready to push your 'reasonably priced car' to the limit. With two sessions racing against the clock in race-modified road cars fitted with full race-spec safety gear, nerve, skill and sheer determination are required to get the fastest lap time possible. Every driver gets a place on the leader board, and the top driver by November 30th 2012 will win the coveted first place trophy and a £1000 prize!

Availability: Weekend dates are held approximately four times a year from April to November, plus occasional weekday dates.Weather: Driving might be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions, when driving at speed may become dangerous. Please call the venue if in doubt. The event operates a weather-weighting system, with wet lap times adjusted for the effect of weather.Duration: Your experience lasts for around two and a half hours. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your booked time for refreshments and to ensure a prompt start. We also recommend you allow for extra time at the end in case the experience runs over.Numbers On Day: You will share your experience with a group of 11 other eager participants.Spectators: Spectators are welcome but please note that some of the spectator facilities aren't covered. Tea, coffee and cold food are available to buy on site.Dress Code: Dress warmly and comfortably. Wear flat-soled shoes and bring waterproofs if it's wet.
