Get strapped into the open cockpit with your legs stretched out into the nose of the car, the steering wheel in front of you and the gearstick between your legs. You're only a couple of inches off the ground and you'll know it; feel every bump and vibration, fighting not to oversteer as your super-responsive car reacts to every adjustment. Start with a briefing and once the car's controls have been explained and you are strapped in, head out onto the track, behind a pace car, to get used to the Formula First's sensitive steering, racing lines and acceleration. Your second driving session is back on track for a further 20 minutes to go for it, without the pace car. Conclude with a debrief, driver assessment and certificate presentation.

Experience the thrill of driving a single-seater Formula ford race car around the home of the British Grand Prix, Silverstone. You'll start with a full safety briefing, then head out onto the track for some practice laps. Initially you'll follow a pace car in order to familiarise yourself with the racing lines of the track, as well as the Formula Ford's sensitive steering and acceleration. After a break, go back out for a further 20 minutes, this time with no pace car, so you can really put your foot down. Before you go home, the instructor with give you a debrief, driving assessment and certificate presentation.
