After having met your guide, collected your wetsuit and other equipment, you'll be taken to the local harbour to learn the basics. The first part of the experience teaches you the basics of mastering your kayak - forwards, backwards and turning. Once you have these under your belt, you will be taken a little further to explore the Pembrokeshire coastline, with rocky cliffs, hidden bays and sea caves. On a calm summer day, there is a good chance of a sun tan, and when the wind blows you may even get to try rock hopping. Kayaking is great fun and can't be beaten for the sheer pleasure of powering yourself silently across the water.
